FIFA World Player
The FIFA World Player of the Year is an association football award given every year to the best male and best female player in the world, based on the votes by the managers and captains of international teams.
The voting system is based on positional voting where each manager gets three votes, worth five, three and one point. The winners are ordered based on total number of points.
